Vemo is designed as a lightweight gratitude and gentle reflection app, where users can record daily gratitude entries, tags, prompts, reminders, photos, and generated result cards. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to keeping data use limited to providing the app experience you choose to use.
This policy applies to all users of Vemo on Apple App Store and any associated services we provide. By using Vemo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to legal and technical limitations.
We use information only to operate, maintain, and improve Vemo and to provide features you request, such as saving gratitude entries, generating result cards, showing history, and supporting sharing or deletion actions.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not use your information for user profiling. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We do not use any user-uploaded or user-generated content for AI training, model optimization, or unrelated secondary purposes. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
Your information may be processed in different countries or regions where we or our infrastructure providers operate. This means your data may be transferred outside your country of residence. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and that data is handled according to this policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, legal requirements, or security needs. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Vemo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Vemo is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 17, we will take steps to delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data. We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party, except where you explicitly direct us to do so through a sharing feature you choose to use. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use limited third-party services only for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic infrastructure operations. Any such third party acts solely on our behalf and under our instructions, and is bound by contractual obligations to protect data security and confidentiality. These providers are not permitted to use user data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, redistribution, or any purpose beyond what we instruct. They may not independently access or use your content for their own purposes.
We do NOT allow third parties to use data for advertising, profiling, training AI models, or building their own services. We do NOT permit third parties to independently access, reuse, or distribute user content.
Vemo does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, face template creation, or identity verification based on facial features. If you upload a photo, it is used only to support the feature you requested and is deleted after processing, unless you save the resulting content in your own history or device storage. We do not create or store biometric templates, and we do not use face data for any unrelated purpose.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, secure server configurations, logging and monitoring, and limited employee access based on need. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risks of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
All AI processing in Vemo is carried out on our own internal servers only. We do NOT use third-party AI services to process user data. Content sent for processing is handled only to provide the feature you requested and is deleted after processing is completed, except for output you choose to save in your history or on your device.
We do NOT use user content for AI training, model tuning, or model optimization. We do NOT use your data to improve third-party models. We do NOT share your content with external AI providers.
By downloading, accessing, or using Vemo, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app. Your continued use of Vemo after any policy update indicates your acceptance of the revised version.
